  1. Refund Request
    If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Refund requests can be made by email (oliviabarros@obvase.com) or phone (8435494414). Please include your order number and relevant information so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
  2. Refund Conditions
    To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
    ● The product has not been used and is in its original packaging and labels.
    ● All returned items must be in sellable condition, except for shipping damage or incorrect shipment.
  3. Shipping Costs
    ● If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please keep the relevant shipping receipt for reimbursement.
    ● If the refund request is submitted for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or dislike of the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned through your original payment method. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
  5. Exceptions
    The following situations do not apply to the refund policy:
